Who we are
This website presents the artistic work of photographer and poet Valia Gentsou. The person responsible for your personal data (the data controller) is Valia Gentsou. Contact: valgentsou@outlook.com.
What personal data we collect
This website has no contact forms, comments, user accounts, newsletter, online shop, analytics or advertising. We do not try to identify you.
- Server logs. Like every website, the server that hosts this site automatically records technical information when you visit (IP address, browser and device type, date and time, pages requested). This is used only to keep the site secure and working, and is kept for a limited period, as set by the hosting provider, and then deleted automatically.
- Email. If you write to us by email, we use your email address and message only to reply to you. We do not share them and we delete them when they are no longer needed.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies or any other tracking technologies.
Fonts and external content
Fonts are served from this website’s own server, not from third parties. The site does not embed videos, maps or social media feeds.
Links to other websites
Some pages link to other websites (for example book reviews, Instagram and Facebook). When you follow such a link, the privacy policy of that website applies.
Who receives your data
Our hosting provider (infoLib) processes server data on our behalf, only to operate the website. We do not sell or share personal data with anyone else. The servers are located within the European Union and no data is transferred outside the EU.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing and to data portability. To use any of these rights, email valgentsou@outlook.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
